1966 Norton Atlas 750 cc

This motorcycle came in as part of a four bike collection from a gentleman who was unfortunatley having to give up riding due to his health

All four where in excellent condition

Matching frame & engine numbers U.K. bike original registration number supplied to Rogersons of Wigan in July 1966

The prevoius owner bought this fully rebuilt Atlas from Novil in 2005 they had completly rebuilt it

This bike is still in fantastic condition milage reading 4489 since rebuild

The engine had -

New main bearings crank re-grind & crank balance new shells

New timing chains Oil pump reconditioned

New pistons new rings & rebore

New valve guides - springs  - valves & seats re-cut

High pressure rocker spindles with new adjusters

Gearbox rebuilt

New sleave gear & layshaft bearings

All new bushes & new mainshaft bearings

New sprockets gaskets & return springs

Forks rebuilt new stanchions bushes springs & bushes

New damper rods & top nuts

New wiring harness

New rotor & stator Boyer electronic ignition fitted

Speedo & tacho rebuilt

Stainless steel wheel rims & spokes twin leading shoe front brake

Belt Drive clutch

Starts easily engine sounds excellent everything works as it should do

This is a really nice Norton Atlas which has had a lot over money spent on it & been looked after very well
