1956 Triumph TR6 Trophy
Here we have our next restoration project,this is a 1956 TR6 Trophy originally dispatched to Triumph Corp Baltimore June 1956.The motorcycle still retains its original frame engine and gearbox also quickly detachable rear wheel,
no mudguards unfortunately but fortunatley it has the correct rare early badge type 3 gallon fuel tank.This is a great project & I am looking forward to getting started on it.
1956 Triumph Trophy TR6 Making Progress
Here is our 1956 TR6 Trophy making progress,engine and gearbox re-built all new bearings and bushes new camshafts new standard bore barrells and pistons,engine and gearbox rebuilt by Chris Dean Engineer.
Forks rebuilt new stanchions new bushes springs and fork seals.
New British chrome rims.

A little more progress cylinderhead and rocker boxes all fitted,fully reconditioned magneto and dynamo fitted.
Oil tank and toolbox fitted,dry fitting of the mudguards next then they will be sent away for professional paintwork.

Ok with the lockdown we have been able to finish the TR6.
Really pleased with how it has turned out,
road test and shakedown awaits when the lockdown is lifted.
